On April 1, 2024, JPCI reached an important milestone in further enhancing its occupational health and safety management level by organizing a professional training focused on the ISO 45001 system. This training selected 16 employees to participate, aiming to cultivate an in-depth understanding and implementation capability of this international standard within the company, while also developing corresponding internal audit standards.
ISO 45001 is an internationally recognized Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) standard that helps businesses improve their work environment and ensure employees health and safety. JPCI has always been committed to creating a safe and healthy work environment, continuously improving its management level by learning and practicing internationally advanced standards.
During the one-day training, participants engaged in interactive learning and case analysis to gain a deep understanding of the key points and requirements of the ISO 45001 system. The training content covered the core elements of the system, including leadership and employee participation, risk identification and assessment, goal setting and achievement, as well as continuous improvement. Under the guidance of professional instructors, employees not only mastered theoretical knowledge but also strengthened their practical skills through simulated exercises.
In addition to imparting professional knowledge, the training emphasized the importance of internal audits. JPCI has established a detailed internal audit process and standards based on the ISO 45001 standard, ensuring that the company can self-monitor, inspect, and continuously optimize its occupational health and safety management. The internal audit team will consist of the employees who participated in the training, and they will be responsible for conducting regular internal audits to ensure that the company’s operations comply with international standards.
Through this training and the establishment of internal audit standards, JPCI has demonstrated its commitment to employee welfare and adherence to international management standards. The company’s management stated that this is not only an enhancement of internal management but also a guarantee to clients and partners, showcasing JPCI’s leadership position in the industry and its pursuit of excellence.
With the in-depth implementation of the ISO 45001 system, JPCI will place greater emphasis on occupational health and safety in its future production and management, continuously improving the safety awareness of employees, reducing workplace risks, and striving to create a safer, healthier, and more harmonious work environment.
