Technical features

Housing dimensions: 43 × 35,2 × 34.5mm (without terminals and bush thread)

Bulb and capillary: stainless steel, with 100 mm long PVC sleeve on the capillary. PTFE sleeving for ranges 300°C and above. Other sleeving lengths on request. Capillary minimum bending radius is 5 mm. Capillary for temperature ranges above 300°C (750°F) has PTFE sleeve on its full length excepted 150mm on bulb side

Temperature sensing element: Oil filled bulb and capillary.

Caution: Temperature ranges above 400°C (750°F) are filled with sodium-potassium eutectic. In case of breakage of the bulb or capillary, this liquid may self-ignite at room temperature in the presence of water or moisture.

Terminals: 6.35 × 0.8 quick connect terminals, 90° bended. Straight terminals or 30 or 60° bended terminals also available on request. (MOQ apply). Terminal positions and alignment allow the use of a connector with flat or bended terminals.

Adjustment: Factory fixed setting, up to 550°C

Mounting: M10×1 center bush (M8 on request)

Grounding: 6.35×0.8 QC terminal in option

Contact: SPDT or SPNC

Electrical rating:

When the rated voltage is 250V~:

- Open on temperature rise contact (C-1): 20(3.3)A 250V~, 50-60Hz
- Close on temperature rise contact (C-2): 3A 250V~, 50 ~60Hz

When the rated voltage is 400V~:

- Open on temperature rise contact (C-1): 16(2.6)A 400V~, 50-60Hz
- Close on temperature rise contact (C-2): 2A 400V~, 50 ~60Hz

Electrical life: 6,000 cycles

Max ambient temperature on body: 150°C (302°F)

Acceptable degree of pollution for use in 250V: 3

Acceptable degree of pollution for use in 400V: 2
