Ventilation

The ventilation market is booming, driven by the evolution of environmental and health regulations. Ventilation solutions play an essential role in improving air quality and are used in a wide range of applications, including:

Control and Safety

• ‍Bimetallic thermostats with rods or electronic thermostats that can be used to control the temperature of air ducts.

• Manual reset liquid expansion limiters that can be used for high-temperature safety of pipes and tanks, as well as for high-temperature safety of air ducts in non-explosive industrial environments.

• Adjustable electronic limiters with manual reset.
  ‍‍

• Mechanical or electronic hygrostats for controlling domestic and professional humidity, such as in a cramped room (electrical cabinet) to trigger a heater, fan, dehumidifier, etc. to prevent reaching the dew point.

• Protective housings for environments requiring additional levels of protection (swimming pool room, cold room, professional premises, etc.)

Heating

• ‍Heating element with or without U-shape fins made of 304L stainless steel, designed for professional OEMs. Different materials are available depending on your application: SS 201, 316, 321, or Incolloy 800.
  ‍‍

• Air conditioning terminal batteries for ventilated ducts to boost an air-to-air heat pump installation whose power is insufficient in extreme weather conditions.
  ‍‍

• Medium-power terminal batteries equipped with stainless steel finned elements and a three-pole positive safety capillary limiter with connection under anIP65 aluminum housing.
  ‍‍
• Thermal rods with pulling lever for fire dampers, with eutectic fuse link or thermo-fusible bulb, these rods are designed to ensure the closure of fire dampers used on mechanical ventilation ducts thanks to their significant operating force that allows the damper closing spring to be released. Autonomous and requiring no electrical power.
