This field of activity is the largest in our company, as heating of air and liquids is present all around us. Heating and temperature control systems that we have in our homes, businesses, and infrastructures provide us with comfort and safety in our daily lives.

We offer a range of products that are applied to different use cases, such as:

Temperature control and safety for appliances and users in the house hold appliances industry.

‍

Thermostats and safety devices used in water heaters, heat pumps, ovens, fryers, heating appliances, coffee machines, saunas, and steam generators.

Different technologies coexist, such as:
‍

• Mechanical thermostats and safety devices with liquid expansion (bulb and capillary) or rod expansion (probe). They are used to ensure the regulation and/or safety of heating or cooling systems. We offer very high temperature versions (>320°C) for specific applications such as pizza ovens, or on the other hand a frost-proof version, dedicated to extreme conditions.
  Available in single-phase or three-phase, with automatic or manual reset, we can offer them incorporated in plastic or aluminum protection housings that meet different degrees of protection (IP65 and IK10) and corrosion.
  Several accessories make it easier to fix or customise them: glove finger, adjustment knob, axis switch, flanges, custom caps, etc.

• ‍Disc type thermostats and safety devices for surface applications for hot plates, as well as antifreeze and defrosting. They can be over molded to resist condensation, mounted at the end of a cable.
  Different types of cladding can be offered or developed according to your needs.

• Electronic temperature regulators that have adjustable parameters, display, and a remote temperature probe.

• Sacrificial limiters (thermal fuses) that can be coated with silicone protection depending on the application.

For sensitive environments and explosive atmospheres, our range of ATEX-approved thermostats and safety devices, as well as their reinforced housings, will provide you with the appropriate safety levels.

‍Liquids heating

• A wide range of immersion heaters that are widely used today in buffer tanks, storage tanks, and electric radiators with heat transfer fluid. Different materials are offered, up to the all-stainless steel model without brazing. A wide and deep range accompanied by a wide selection of housings that can with stand the most extreme conditions, which can be customised to suit your application.

• Stainless steel / titanium heaters for balneotherapy, spas, swimming pools, and jacuzzis, equipped with their fixing system.

• ‍Flexible silicone heating belts and jackets, adapted to drums of different capacities, for industrial, chemical, or agricultural applications in the control of the viscosity of paints, oils, greases, molasses, mastics, resins, syrups, etc.‍

• Electric tracing solutions consisting of flexible silicone tapes that can be used to maintain the operating temperature or prevent freezing of pipes, gutters, valves, pumps, water meters, etc.

Our expertise as a manufacturer of armored resistances allows us to offer different levels of finish and integration, such as:

• ‍Heating elements with flange or fins for integration

• Compact terminal batteries for air conditioning, for integration into ventilated ducts, to boost an air-to-air heat pump installation whose power is insufficient in extreme weather conditions.

• Heating sub-assemblies used as heaters for ventilated cabinets and electrical boxes to prevent condensation, which can cause malfunctions and corrosion.
• Finned tubular heaters for fan heaters, convection heaters. 304L stainless steel sheath. Optional: SS 201, 316, 321, or Incolloy 800
• Industrial convectors or infrared radiant heaters, robust and waterproof, for outdoor use. Their main applications are the heating of small volumes such as construction bungalows, crane cabins, public works machinery, wagons, or railway cabs.
