Renewable energy

The share of renewable energy in Europe's energy consumption is booming, driven by European environmental policies.

Our efforts and investments over the past few years have allowed us to offer high-reliability products, allowing us to be referenced as a tier-one supplier by major heat pump manufacturers.

We are continuing our developments to complete our ranges.

These ranges include:

• ‍Liquid in-line heaters
  ‍Applied to heat pumps, we design and manufacture optimized heaters according to different parameters. Standard "platform-type" products, they can be customised according to your specifications to achieve the best energy efficiency:
  o  Diameter, length, surface power, insulation, pre-wiring
  o  Temperature control and safety against abnormal overheating.
  o  Flow detection option
  o  Fixing accessories, feet...

These products are designed with durability in mind. They are resistant to water hammer and the risk of leaks caused by micro-defects in the welds thanks to a TIG welding process. They are available in 304L stainless steel (316L optional), heating element body in 316L (Incoloy 800 optional).

• ‍Combistats and electromechanical safety, single or three-phase, up to 30A/400VA T125.
  ‍‍‍

• ‍Immersion heaters on flanges or screws for domestic storage tanks, powered in single or three-phase, allowing to manage the top-up or complete heating of the tank. They can be customised in different materials and protective housings.
  ‍‍

• Immersion heaters in 12 and 24VDC power. In direct use of the low-voltage electricity produced by wind turbines or photovoltaic solar panels for the heating of liquids, hot water circuits, hot water tanks, and reservoirs. Versions available with or without auxiliary 230V elements.

• ‍Silicone and flexible heating elements, in indirect heating application that can be applied against a wall.
  ‍‍

• ‍Thermostat modulating combustion, for solid fuel appliances (wood or pellets).

 

These products can be customised to meet your needs and application.

We can pre-assemble them in or a subassembly combining temperature regulation and safety device in single or three-phase.
